Note !
Framed pictures are for visualization, they are not included in Fine Art Prints
Limited Editions are limited in number of prints on a given dimension,
eg 20” x 30” Limited Edition 2 of 5, "2 of 5" denotes 2nd print in an edition limit of 5 prints.

click "Add to Cart" button,
A “Print Request” popup for additional request or queries if any, e.g. custom size print, border etc..
continue to shop.
To check out and make payment, select the Cart icon at the top right menu.

Where is the Photo Image printed?
High resolution Fine Art Photo image is only consign to a professional Fine Art Printer in Singapore to print on demand.
What can I expect to see on a finished Print?
There will be an extra one inch white border outside the printed image area
For Limited Edition (LE), Print is hand-signed, numbered and dated by CHO-ME at the bottom border of the image or otherwise advise through email in the contact form.
For LE, a Certificate of Authenticity documenting the provenance of the Original Fine Art Print is attached.
What is the type of paper used for the prints?
Print using museum quality Acid-Free Fine Art Paper made from 100% cotton rag certified to last 25 years without fading.
2 types of paper surface used: Fine Art Textured ( default ) or Fine Art Smooth, the print finished are the same for both, only difference are the texture, you’ll be prompted to make a choice when add an item to cart.

What is the currency quoted?
Price quoted is in Singapore Dollar, the payment processes will convert for you accordingly to your home currency.

How secure are the online payments?
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, at the checkout, you are directed to the processor's website to complete the transaction, your credit card details will not be available to online merchant.
SHIPPING
How is the print ship out?
Print is rolled with acid free paper insert into a hard cardboard tube, it is further inserted into a bigger heavy duty mailing tube cushioned by bubble wrap, ship by air mail. Print price include shipping.
What is the shortest time to receive package?
Estimated delivery is within 2 weeks from the day order is confirmed
RETURN POLICY
Cho-Me value Art collector’s satisfaction on purchasing and thus offers hassle free Cancellation or Replacement procedure.
7 Days Return / Replacement guarantee.
Full refund is applicable for cancellation within 7 days after Item is received.
Procedures for refund or replacement
Contact CHO-ME with the reason for return.
Upon confirmation, arrange to ship back original Print in original packaging.
Upon receiving returned packaging:
REPLACEMENT: A new Print will be dispatched.

CANCELLATION: Order will be cancelled followed by hassle free full refund.
If item was purchased from an Online Art Gallery, kindly liaise with them, the gallery will work out the process with CHO-ME.
